A super powerful day

WOOOW yesterday was...

"literally out of this world"...

funny how these expressions were made when you think about it ...

So, all of that happened to me yesterday did not hit me yesterday in sense of realisation but it did this morning when my head cleared up after some rest...

I could not understand yesterday why I was feeling out of energy, drained....

• I had been emotionally overwhelmed by happiness, joy, excitement of connecting and meeting with like minded sis*stars and brothers 
• I had been reconnecting with long distance relative from the US and making some family gathering and career plans too !
• I had been opening my mind to messages from another "dimension" you could call it ....although in this case it was spirit re-incarnated...

My head had been overworking and working on a super exciting work project which only drafted itself crystal clear this morning upon waking up after some rest: it felt right, without any doubts, without any fear ...then I knew it is the right thing to do

What an AMAZING day and I have so many people to be thankful for and grateful to for this :

Dreams

I had a dream last night. It was another one of those where I know it was important almost as a message as the image of a native mohawk hair picture kept being show to me. Very persistent. The image would not go away until I promised myself to look its meaning up in the morning. 

The exactly same sensation / thing happened just after my mother passed and when the word : "Realm" kept coming to my mind when I was asleep. I did not even know at the time what this word meant or even if it existed ! but I knew I had to look its meaning up.

So maybe this is a pattern I need to remember for my dreams ....Could they be the way I am getting messages?

So I looked up native mohawk hair and I found some explanation on the Dreaming as soul craft and survival tool in Iroquois tradition. This is was "resonated" the most with me...

“The Iroquois have, properly speaking, only a single Divinity – the dream. To it they render their submission, and follow all its orders with the utmost exactness.”

Long before the first Europeans arrived in  Northeast America, the peoples of the Longhouse, or Iroquois, taught their children that dreams are the single most important source of both practical and spiritual guidance.

The first business of the day in an Iroquois village was dream-sharing, as dreams were messages from the spirits, and the deeper self, and might contain guidance for the community as well as the individual. The early Iroquois believed that in dreams, we routinely travel beyond the body and the limits of time and space, can visit the future or the past, and may enter the realms of the departed and of spiritual teachers on higher levels.

The ancient teaching of the Iroquois people is that dreams also reveal the wishes of the soul, calling us to move beyond our ego agendas and the web of other people’s projections into a deeper, more spirited life. In dreams we also discover where our vital soul energy may have gone missing–through pain or trauma or heartbreak–and how to get it back.

So this might be a message for me ...and others ? to listen to the power of our dreams.

Dreams not only show us what our soul wants but also where it has been (travelling time and dimensions).

I had another one of these dreams where it's very clear, it's insisting that I remember in the morning and would not go away from my mind until I promise myself to look up the meaning of it in the morning...

The first similar powerful dream I had - which I did not know nor understand at the time was few days after my Mum had passed. The word "Realm" kept coming to my mind in my dream and again it would not go away from my mind until I promise myself to look up the meaning of it in the morning...which I did at the time but I was not looking in the right places...

So last night' dream was 

about a number : 5.45...5.45 

and the message was: I must help others 

Looking at the 5.45 I initially thought it was the time (clock) ...bu it was irrelevant...

I then looked it as a numerological meaning ...

What a week it has been my friends !

A real roller coaster !

From crying easily of sadness...for no reason - just feeling sad and empty to an hour later... feeling overwhelmed with Love and Passion that my heart was ready to EXPLOSE literally ...

This week has felt absolutely amazingly CRAZY !

From an emotional roller coaster ...I moved on to a mind blowing volcano : where I had all those ideas coming, and popping to my brain with such a vivid clarity.

• This week alone, I have learnt a new skill in a couple of days in a completely different field
• I have renewed and revamped AEM Cleansing programme based on some recent readings and findings.
• I have decided to launch AEM Cleansing programme ONLINE - It is now live and ready to GO this Monday 11th March 2013.
• I have updated my website with a project which is close to my heart : Foundation Nutrition Talks for children 
• I have finalised my GIFT VOUCHER for AEM FREE Consultations Affiliate programme
• I have launched a new design project for Foundation Nutrition Talks for children 
• I am discussing Saturday about the possibility about running  NSP monthly meetings with my friend Amanda Ralph
• I have signed up two new clients this week on top 
• I am hoping launching an affiliate programme with a brilliant Image Consultant and a funky jewellery designer for AEM's very own...
• I am in the creative process of my holistic & planet friendly AEM clothing line

my list goes on but at this point I must try to switch off...I must try ...

I am grateful for this inspiration

I am grateful for this motivation

I am grateful for this new-found energy

I am grateful for this creativity

I feel closer to Mother Earth Gaia, and my heart fills up with Happiness :)

I 

Last night was one of those nights... I could not stop learning, learning....my mind just would not switch off...I was hungry to learn more...hungry to discover more ...until my eyes could not stay open...It is amazing how the world appears in such a different light simply by changing our perspective. The world has not changed ...but the way I see it has!

I was sharing my most recent discoveries with my husband who is new to all this as well and it was all so very exciting! As I was explaining to him my findings and learning it became clear :the last piece missing in my work  of health and fitness is Spirituality.

Of course I can see now how it now feel complete: a Mind, Body and Spiritual approach

I will therefore incorporate this in my client services and will share this with my clients too !

It is all so very exciting : I am currently working on my new website, my new branding, new packages and all this is perfect timing ===> they call it synchronicity I believe.

Feeling blessed

These last few days I started coming back to my centre, my newly found balanced centre...

I feel really blessed.
I feel blessed knowing.
I feel blessed sharing with my loved ones and with my friends
I don't have fear of rejection of what I am sharing because It feels right. For once in my life, I have no doubts that this is right !

I have these emotions coming out : happiness, sadness and also headaches but crystal clear moments ...

I can't wait to learn more
I am excited, it's scary but it's fabulous !
